Question: How should I apply?
Answer: You can apply by the Internet via our web site (www.fls.net), by fax at (626) 795-5564 or by mail at FLS International, 301 N. Lake Avenue, #310, Pasadena, CA 91101. We recommend that you apply via the web site. If you are not in the United States, please include the express mail fee. This will allow us to get your materials to you quickly and effectively.
For F-1 students: After applying via the internet, please fax or mail your supporting documents (evidence of financial support) to FLS.
Question: How do I make payments?
Answer: You may make payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), wire transfer, US bank checks, postal money orders, cashier's check or traveler's checks. All payments must be made in US funds. Please make all payments payable to FLS International. If you send traveler's checks, please be sure to sign in both signature spaces.
Question: How do I pay by credit card?
Answer: Please complete the necessary sections of the admission application. This form will request your credit card information, cardholder's name, card number, expiration date, and authorized signature. We will also ask you to list the specific fees you are intending to pay by credit card and the total amount we are authorized to charge to your card.
Question: How do I pay by wire transfer?
Answer: When you send your wire transfer payment, please also send a fax to the attention of the Accounting Department at (626) 795-5564. On the fax please indicate the student's name, the date, the amount of the transfer, and the purpose of the funds. By including this information, you will help us to identify the funds and process the payment more efficiently.

Question: How do I provide my financial statement?
This question applies to F-1 students only.
Answer: With your application, you must include proof that you have access to sufficient funds to meet your living expenses and tuition while studying in the United States.
You may provide any of the following to show your ability to support yourself during your term of study in the United States:
- A current personal bank statement or an original letter from your bank, in English
- Both a letter/affidavit of support from your parents or other source of support stating they will be responsible for your expenses during your stay at FLS International, and a bank statement (or bank letter) verifying their financial ability to meet your expenses, or
- A letter guaranteeing financial support from your employer.
- Proof of scholarship from government entity or other institution guaranteeing funds for your stay.
