Enjoy a combination of beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery and sophisticated city life in Washington, the Evergreen State. Our program is located on the modern campus of the University of Puget Sound, in Tacoma. Tacoma overlooks the beautiful waters of Puget Sound, and is just south of Seattle, home to high tech corporations such as Microsoft. The area also has a thriving arts community, a lively music scene and the Experience Music Project rock and roll museum! Stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the fresh fish markets. Look for handmade items and unique gifts at Pike's Place, have a coffee at the first Starbucks and see the view from the top of Seattle's Space Needle. On the weekends, take a harbor cruise or visit Mt. Rainier National Park.
